We provide free delivery on all orders over £5,000.

Orders below £5,000 incur a £200 shipping fee.

If we deliver in instalments, the note shows the remaining balance of goods.
Delivery Locations

Completion of Delivery

We consider delivery complete once the customer unloads the goods at the delivery location.

If the customer does not accept delivery within 3 business days, delivery will be deemed complete, and we may charge storage fees.
Instalment Deliveries

We may deliver goods in instalments, with each instalment treated as a separate contract.

Delays or defects in one instalment do not allow the customer to cancel other instalments.
Returns & Exchange Policy – Shoply Trade
At Shoply Trade, we perform a 15-point quality check to ensure all stock reaches customers in perfect condition. If customers are not satisfied, they should contact us at support@shoplytrade.com. Our aftersales team will assist promptly.

Wholesale Returns

For Outlet discounted stock, we do not offer refunds. However, we may buy back stock at the original price minus 10% admin fee (stock must remain in original condition; subject to T&Cs).

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.

We provide a 60-day warranty for faulty or damaged stock, allowing us to repair or replace items.
